With my group in the Department of Astronomy and Astrophysics at the University of California, Santa Cruz, I study the formation and evolution of planetary systems, including the solar system, from a theoretical perspective. I am particularly interested in planet formation, the structure and evolution of disks orbiting young stars, planetary dynamics, evolution of planetary atmospheres, and the solar system's Kuiper belt.
